Whatever your goals are...
Caswell Can Help You Get There!

Physical activity can help you stay in shape and feel good about yourself.

It can help you reduce tension and stress, sleep better, and have more energy.

It can also help you reduce your risk for cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

You can benefit from being more active.

You can get the benefits of being more active from moderately intense activities, like walking or swimming.

The everyday activities you do that make you breathe a little harder have important health benefits.

What's in it for me?

First and Foremost participating in the CAS Hit the Bricks program will reward you with more energy and a healthier body. But since that's not enough for some people we are also offering the incentives to keep you focused on your goal!

Each Quarter the winning Business Group will be treated to a healthy lunch celebration where they will be awarded the Hit the Bricks trophy to proudly display for the quarter!

Each minute of exercise will be counted as one point towards your personal silver or gold challenge point total. Earning points could allow you to receive up to $100 at the end of 2010!

Hit the Bricks Rules

1. Each minute of activity counts as one point with a maximum of 90 points a day. You may log every minute that you are active, but the system will only apply 90 points a day towards your total. Only count as exercise time set aside for exercising. If you want to count pedometer steps, enroll in the Step by Step program. These points do not have to be accumulated all at once, but they should be time that you are dedicated to exercising.

2. You do not have to exercise with the members of your team. If you would like to form groups to exercise together that is fine. Your group may consist of members from other teams if that is more convenient. The point is to enjoy your exercise.

3. Keep up with your points every day. Be sure to update them in the system by Sunday of every week so that the points will be counted in the weekly tally on Monday morning. Points will be tallied by 10AM on Monday.

4. BE HONEST! This program is done on the honor system. Caswell will not be checking over your shoulder to make sure that you are exercising. But be fair to all the other people competing and only log the minutes that you exercise.

5. You will be signing up by business group. Your business group will be competing with the other business groups for the highest average points!
