Caswell Can Help You Get There!

Physical activity can help you stay in shape and feel good about yourself. It can help you reduce tension and stress, sleep better, and have more energy.It can also help you reduce your risk for cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

You can benefit from being more active.

But being more active is not the only thing that you can do to improve your health. In addition to monthly blood pressure checks, yearly cholesterol screenings, and exercise there are many other small changes that you can make to help your body and your mind. The Gold Rush Challenge allows you to choose a goal to work on each month and go to the caswell site to log in each successful day. A 90% success rate will award you 50 points towards your gold rush challenge.

Because of the nature of this award, you will be required to log in your successful days at least every other day. To participate in this part of the Gold Rush Challenge you must register in the Caswell Hit the Bricks system and track your daily goal success rate. You will not need to register for the exercise portion of the program.

The current goals available for you to choose from are:

Drink 6 glasses of water per day 
Stick to a chosen healthy eating plan 
Take a multivitamin 
Get 7-8 hours of sleep 
Eat 5 servings of Fruits and Vegetables
